BATAVIA, N.Y. (WIVB) — In Batavia, New York, a senior citizen has been charged with indecent exposure.
According to the authorities at the Batavia police station, it has been reported that Myron Dupler, aged 76, was suspected of carrying out such an act in the vicinity of Austin Park, which is located just south of Jefferson Avenue Park.
He was charged with public lewdness and given a court date. Dupler, who was arrested on Monday, August 14th, is due in Batavia City Court on August 29th.
