Mysterious discovery of a woman’s body with bound hands found near Savannah’s riverbank

Authorities are currently in the process of identifying a woman who was discovered on the bank of a river in South Carolina, her hands bound behind her back.

A woman was discovered on Wednesday afternoon at approximately 3 p.m. at a secluded boat ramp along the Coosawhatchie River. The river is located in Jasper County, situated just north of the City of Savannah.
