Jamal Matthews, Darnell Savoy, and Stefon Freshley, all residents of D.C., have admitted their guilt in the shooting incident that took place on December 28, 2018. The incident involved the shooting of a teenager and his 34-year-old father in the Clay Terrace neighborhood of the District, as stated in a press release.

Authorities report that Matthews spotted the victims’ SUV and immediately called for assistance. A contact was then made to Freshley, who promptly made his way to Matthews’ location in Savoy’s vehicle.
