Lisa Fohey spoke with FOX6 to provide more information about Community Projects for Seniors, a program that involves cooking, preparing, and delivering meals to low-income seniors on Easter Sunday.
In Oak Creek, Wisconsin, on Easter Sunday, March 31, a remarkable event unfolded. A dedicated group of volunteers passionately united to make a difference in the lives of low-income elderly individuals. Their mission? To prepare, package, and deliver an abundance of free meals to those in need. The collective effort of these hundreds of volunteers truly exemplified the spirit of compassion and generosity.
The event is happening in 50 cities and eight counties in southeastern Wisconsin and the Milwaukee metro area.
