Michael Cohen provides Peter Navarro with advice on navigating prison life

Michael Cohen, the former attorney for Donald Trump who served a prison sentence for criminal tax evasion and campaign finance violations, has firsthand experience of life behind bars and the consequences of committing crimes related to MAGA.

During a recent CNN interview, Cohen shared some valuable advice with Peter Navarro, the former Trump White House aide who is about to start his four-month sentence for evading a subpoena from the Jan. 6 select committee. Cohen warned Navarro that the food in prison is terrible and highlighted his lack of experience in adhering to the rules set in place there.

Commenting on Navarro’s statement to the reporters that he is not anxious about facing imprisonment, Cohen suggests that it is effortless to portray oneself as tough when you are not the one facing confinement. Whether one is in a satellite camp, a low-security facility like the one I was in, or in maximum security, the rules remain the same. Navarro does not abide by those rules, as he has never experienced them before. He is completely unaware of the challenges and adjustments that await him.

During a press conference held in a parking lot across from a Papa John’s and a pawn shop, Navarro expressed his unwavering loyalty to Trump in his final remarks before going to jail. He emphasized that he received the utmost support from Donald Trump and his team. Cohen, in response to Navarro’s statement, sarcastically remarked, “And look where you’re going!”
