Update: The TBI has announced that Finnegan has been located and is safe in Huntsville, Alabama.
A missing Bluff City man, who may be in Alabama, has prompted the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to issue a Silver Alert.
The TBI reported that Michael Finnegan, a 73-year-old man, was last spotted on Friday. He is believed to be driving a maroon 2014 Subaru Outback with Tennessee license plate BJX8899 in the Huntsville, Alabama region.
According to the TBI, Finnegan’s ability to return safely without assistance may be affected due to a medical condition.
Finnegan stands at a height of 5 feet 6 inches and weighs 160 pounds. He has a head of gray hair and captivating brown eyes.
