Bucks County Da Says: A Connecticut Couple Killed In A Pennsylvania Crash

Mocobizscene – Richard and Rebecca Whiddon, aged 37 and 33 respectively, were riding as passengers in a Nissan when their vehicle was hit at the intersection of Veterans Highway and Ford Road on the afternoon of Saturday, February 24th, as reported by Daily Voice.

Officials reported that both were pronounced deceased at the site. The driver and a passenger in the Nissan were also injured.

In heartwarming Facebook posts, friends and family members shared their memories of the married couple’s visit to Bucks County.

“We are devastated by the heartbreaking loss of our beloved family members. Their lives were filled with joy and endless possibilities,” expressed Julie Bass Divens, Rebecca’s aunt.

“Keep your loved ones near and dear, and express your affection while you still have the chance.”

After the couple was identified, friends and other loved ones took to social media to express their condolences and share their memories.

“Rich was an exceptional individual, the kind of person who left a lasting impact on everyone he encountered,” expressed Shannon Barnard, a close friend. “The world will forever feel the absence of his presence.”
