Montgomery, Alabama –Tuesday night in Montgomery, a woman was struck by a car and died as a result.
Police and fire medics were called to the 1300 block of East South Boulevard Service Road on Tuesday night at 10:09 p.m., according to MPD, in reference to a pedestrian who had been hit by a car. Authorities reported that they found an adult female on the scene who had died from her injuries. At the scene, she was pronounced deceased. Before the police arrived, the driver left the scene.
As of right now, no new details on the ongoing inquiry have been made public.
