Long Beach man’s stabbing death prompts homicide detectives to seek public’s assistance

Mocobizscene-  Paramedics from the Long Beach Fire Department arrived at the scene and determined that the victim had passed away. According to investigators, it is suspected that the 35-year-old was potentially engaged in a conflict with one or more individuals who swiftly left the scene prior to the arrival of law enforcement.

Authorities are still investigating the motive for the fatal stabbing and the circumstances surrounding the incident.

The release stated that detectives are seeking assistance from the community to gather more information. If anyone witnessed any altercations in the early morning hours of Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024, in the area of the 1300 block of Long Beach Boulevard, please reach out to Homicide Detectives.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office is currently withholding the identity of the victim until his family has been notified.
