DALE COUNTY, Ala – On Monday, a Dale County man pled guilty to two charges of Child Pornography Production.

Daniel Gilley was arrested in August of this year and charged with four charges of producing pornography with a minor and three counts of possessing pornographic material with a minor. Since his arrest, he has been held in the Dale County Jail on a $1,774,000 bond.

According to the accusation, Gilley filmed him and a female under the age of 17 engaging in sexual acts.
