1 person killed in Santa Monica shooting

Mocobizscene-  In the early hours of Thursday morning, tragedy struck in Santa Monica as a person lost their life in a fatal shooting incident.

According to the Santa Monica Police Department, the shooting took place in the 2600 block of 29th Street just before 10:30 a.m. The authorities have not yet disclosed his identity as they continue to investigate.

According to a statement released by the police, the suspect or suspects are still at large. The police will continue to stay in the area, leading to an indefinite closure of the surrounding area.
