Limited time remains for eligible customers to claim their share of Chick-fil-A’s $4.4 million lawsuit settlement

Residents of New Jersey, California, Florida, Georgia, or New York may have the opportunity to receive a $29.95 Chick-fil-A gift card as a result of their involvement in a class action lawsuit.

Chick-fil-A has reached a settlement in a class-action lawsuit that accused the company of overcharging customers for delivery services during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In October 2023, a lawsuit was filed in Georgia claiming that the food chain had made a promise of low delivery fees on its app or website, only to later raise menu prices by as much as 30% on delivery orders.

Chick-fil-A has reached a settlement, agreeing to pay a total of $4.4 million. As part of the settlement, eligible customers will have the option to receive either a cash payment or a gift card valued at $29.95, according to the lawsuit.

If you made a delivery order between November 1, 2019, and April 30, 2021, you are eligible. If you meet the requirements, you will receive an email with further instructions, and you must submit your claims by February 15.
